Mizha Del Rosario Nicolas was born in Caloocan on September 2, 1991. She is the only child of Garitony Nicolas and Herperanza Del Rosario. She started learning the art of Arnis at the age of 4 under the tutelage of her father, founder of Modern Arnis Mano-Mano Filipino Martial Arts(MAMFMA). Mizha finished her Arnis Professional Course at Integrated College of Physical Education formerly National College of Physical Education to Professor Armando Soteco 2007. She studied Mass Communication major in Broadcasting at Lyceum of the Philippines University. She also studied personality development at the Dale Carnegie Training Center and modeling/acting at ABS CBN Talent Center. In April 21, 1998, she was awarded as Generation Neo-Kids Grand Champion at Eat Bulaga GMA 7 by the president of Televisions and Production Exponents, (TAPE) Inc. Mr. Antonio Tuviera. Seven months later, November 6 she was awarded as Batang Alaska Grand Champion at Eat Bulaga GMA 7. She was a Dayang Lima (5th degree black belt) in Arnis Mano-Mano. At her young age she wants to follow the footsteps of her father.
